Summary: |
The owner of this strip mall needed to lift the roof of an
existing building to provide the requirements of Auto Zone.
The existing building was in an excellent location but did
not have the height needed by the new tenant. The roof was
lifted with HVAC and fire systems that were existing. The
cost and time savings were very advantageous to the building's
owner.
